NAHT

The NAHT’s Inspiring Leadership conference took place the ICC in Birmingham this year and we were proud to support the event. The two day conference offers school leaders and delegates an opportunity to reset, reflect and to socialise and the pub was offered an ideal hub and central point to network.

The Rose and Crown at BoatLife

BoatLife is an annual event held at the NEC. The boating community come together and celebrate their love for life on the water and everything that goes with it.

The Rose & Crown was a very popular attraction at BoatLife 2023 at the NEC.  It provided a destination for visitors to take a refreshment and rest weary feet whilst still enjoying the atmosphere and buzz of the show.

It offered exhibitors an ideal location to network and chat with potential clients in a relaxed environment. The Pub also acted as a hospitality venue for the exhibitors in the evenings.

We have worked with the show organiser on several occasions and our Pubs have always been a popular choice at their events. We are looking forward to next year’s show.

The Rose and Crown & The Red Lion at Goodwood Revival

Goodwood Revival is the greatest historic race meeting in the UK. It’s an immersive event with vintage fashion and motor vehicles at its heart, where visitors relive the 40s and 50s with other like-minded individuals.

This event attracts thousands of visitors over four days, all requiring food and drink, and what better way to serve them than from our stunning and decorative pubs!

With tailor-made customisations, both Pop-Up-Pubs fit perfectly into this carefully crafted environment; The Rose and Crown adding a touch of glamour as The Duke of Richmond and The Red Lion providing a colourful destination in the Revival High Street.

We have been a proud supplier to Goodwood Revival for the last 10 years.

The Rose and Crown at Christmas in Cathedral Square

This recent addition to Birmingham’s annual festive events provides a platform for local businesses and craftspeople to showcase their goods in the run up to Christmas.

For five weeks each winter, The Rose and Crown transforms into The Pigeon in the Park, serving up much needed refreshment, warming mulled wine and a bit of shelter from the winter weather. The Pigeon in the Park is the focal point of this award-winning craft fair.

The pub set up utilises the walk-through door feature, opening into a large marquee at the back of the structure and offering additional covered seating space.

The Rose and Crown at MCN London Motorcycle Show

The MCN London Motorcycle Show is an annual celebration of everything two-wheeled at the ExCel. It has long been a highlight for motorcyclists across the UK and is the show to kickstart the riding season.

The Rose & Crown was rebranded as “The McGuinness Arms” for the show and personally themed for John McGuinness MBE, aka The Morecambe Missile. He’s an Isle of Man TT legend with 23 wins under his belt!

Surrounded by low white picket fencing creating a large pub garden in front of the pub, visitors could relax with a pint whilst having the opportunity to rub shoulders and meet with Mr McGuinness, who was seen pulling the odd pint himself!  The area was lively with motorbikes on display in and around the pub offering both viewing and picture opportunities.
